  1. Processing and Handling Time: All plant orders will be shipped within 7 business days. During this period, we meticulously assess each plant’s condition, ensuring it is well-prepared to withstand the shipping process.
  2. Secure Packaging for Optimal Quality: To guarantee that your plants arrive in the best possible condition, we take utmost care in packaging. Your plants will be carefully packed, ensuring they maintain the same quality as if you purchased them from our local store.
  3. Shipping Carrier and Insurance: We utilize reliable shipping services such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-day delivery, choosing the carrier based on recommendations for your specific zip code. Additionally, each shipment is insured at a rate of $100 per package. If you wish to increase the insurance coverage, please inform us by emailing [email protected] after completing your purchase. Please be aware that any additional insurance costs will be borne by the buyer.
  4. Estimated Shipping Time: While we aim for Priority Mail 2-day shipping, it’s important to note that this is an estimate. Shipping durations can vary between 1 to 3 days.

Shipping Stress:

  1. Extreme Temperature Precautions: We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by extreme temperatures during transit. If your area experiences low temperatures, we highly recommend purchasing insulation for each plant. For regions with exceptionally low temperatures, it’s advisable to include a heat pack along with insulation. In the event that temperatures in your area are too extreme for safe shipping, we will promptly notify you.
  2. Assistance for Forgotten Insulation or Heat Pack: Should you forget to include insulation or a heat pack with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly assist you in finding a solution to ensure your plants’ well-being during transit.

Shipping returns

To return your plant, you should mail your product to our physical address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged plant to reach you may vary.
